Section 21
Being the same as the main debtor
Unless there is an agreement to the contrary, the liability of the person who writes or draws the negotiable instrument before acceptance and the liability of the accepting party after acceptance will be the same as that of the main debtor and the liability of the other party will be the same as that of the guarantor.
